$4.99

Fragrant Mistflower (also known as Shrubby Boneset) is a perennial shrub native to the Edwards Plateau in Texas and extending to northern Mexico, Cuba, and the Bahaman Islands. Renowned for its prolific, long-lasting pinkish-white flowers, which bloom from April to December, this shrub attracts hummingbirds, moths, and butterflies, making it a great addition to wildlife gardens. It thrives in full sun to part shade and adapts well to various well-drained soils, including sand, loam, clay, and limestone. Ideal for rocky hillsides, bluffs, and woodland edges, Fragrant Mistflower is drought-tolerant and moderately deer-resistant. Regular winter pruning can enhance its blooming and encourage a bushier growth habit.
